These terms apply when you use the Beyond the Stump website or app. By using either, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

Travel information is guidance, not advice

• Entry requirements come from community-maintained data. Rules change, sometimes without notice, and depend on details we don't know about you. Always confirm with the destination country's official immigration website or embassy before you book or travel.
• Travel advice comes from Smartraveller, the Australian Government's travel advisory service. Our copy may not reflect the very latest update, so read the full advice on Smartraveller. Beyond the Stump is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
• Nothing in Beyond the Stump is legal, immigration, medical or financial advice.

eSIM comparisons and links

We don't sell eSIMs. Prices and plans can change, and any purchase is between you and the provider, on their terms. Some links earn us a commission, and that doesn't change the price you pay. Plans marked "demo" are examples only and can't be bought.

Your account and content

• Keep access to your email account secure, because it's how you sign in.
• You own the trips, notes and lists you add. You let us store and display them so the service works.
• Only share other people's personal information in a trip if they're happy for you to.
• Don't use Beyond the Stump for anything unlawful, or to interfere with the service or other people.

Shared trips

Anyone with a trip's share link can see it until you turn sharing off. Think about what you include in a trip before you share it.

Our service

We work hard to keep Beyond the Stump accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss arising from decisions you make based on information in Beyond the Stump, including being refused boarding or entry. That's why we ask you to check official sources.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If we change them significantly, we'll update the date above and let account holders know. Questions? Email hello@beyondthestump.com.au.
